Our Accelerators are located wherever they have settled and call home - anywhere. This is significant because we are not constrained by a rolodex of local people who may have some experience/success in a particular field. We select from the best, wherever they choose to live.

Where We Perform Our Services

We perform our services in the locations which are most appropriate to each specific client situation, often in one of the following three scenarios:

Scenario A - Teamwork Within Client Facilities

We often work in the client facility alongside client personnel and teammates. This scenario will likely remain a common request of our clients since it facilitates close cooperation, bonding, developing mutual respect and appreciation. Communication has the greatest chance for success in these circumstances.

Scenario B - Remote / Virtual Teamwork

We are enjoying success working outside our client facilities and with geographically-dispersed teams. This is partly due to increasingly common technology infrastructure and platforms. Our Accelerators are at the forefront of adoption of technology systems, yet have the experience to have learned the insidious ways in which technology can mask real teamwork issues and be ineffective as a team-building tool. This scenario is not always appropriate, so we work carefully with our clients to implement the methodology most appropriate for their circumstances. We provide SharePoint implementation to facilitate this method when requested by clients, typically for small businesses and joint ventures.

Scenario C - Combinations

When brick-and-mortar clients wish to leverage virtual/remote benefits, we extend colocated teams to include remote contributors effectively and efficiently. Most of our projects include this sceanrio to some degree.
